I am wondering about my metabolism?
i think my metabolism has sped up im probably wrong but like i have lost weight. i've been working out, running for long distances and eating really healthy, like im taking my lunch to school, i bring a buffalo chicken sandwich(walmart deli meat), serving size of pretzels, water and an apple. so yeah has my metabolism sped up or am i just doin pretty well, im 15 year old guy too.
