what could be the reason that a vehicle wont go when you hit the gas?
I mean it goes but hesitates very bad and almost cuts off.
already changed 02 sensors, fuel pump and filter, air filter, converters, have dual exhaust, and major tuneup.
i have a 454 engine on gmc suburban.
had the diagnostic test and said it was the 02 sensors but it wasnt.
sprayed MAf cleaner on it couple weeks ago when the service engine light was on. It helped then and the light was off.
but now the problem is back with the light back on.

you have asked same question a hundred times lmao under different names lol, why did you spray maf??? did it have code? nothing but filtered air passes through maf so cleaning it is pointless, the symptom u have are consistant with maf or map sensor did either set a code? what was oxygen sensor code? lean condition? you may have vaccum leak, with engine cold but running, lightly spray brake or carb cleaner on vaccum hoses, base of intake , injectors, dont soak just spray lightly, when u spray source of vaccum leak the idle will change, but i still say its the maf, it tells ecu how much air is entering intake and ecu adjust timing and meters fuel (pulse width modulation) to achieve 14.7:1 air fuel ratio, for smooth complete combustion, map also it involved in this formula telling ecu engine load according to manifold vaccum, you say light was on but never said actual code that was set, and have not had it rechecked since it came back on, once a hard fault is set in ecu it stops running monitors so if there was another sensor bad it will not test for it because it has a hard fault and has activated open loop mode = not using sensor values just preset values, if it is intermittent fault it will run monitors but hard fault it will stop monitors so you wont know if there are more problems untill you fix hard fault so the monitor system will run complete drive cycle, have codes reread it may now have a new one dont assume its the same code it had before.
